Nice to meet you
At Mantle Space, our work is about supporting people - whether that is enabling our clients to succeed, or nurturing and investing in our staff.
We’re growing
Come and work for a forward-thinking organisation that takes care of your personal development and wellbeing.
You’ll be part of a business that’s been working for over 30 years – and continues to grow.
Working together
Join our dynamic and friendly team and you’ll be part of a successful company that places value on trust, responsibility and transparency, allowing you to thrive within your role.
We strongly believe that being supportive of each other is what helps to make us successful in life and at work.
We are proud of our reputation within our local communities, and work hard to maintain our good name through positive actions.
We value honesty and transparency, and we respect one another. Our relationships with our colleagues and clients are built on openness.
We welcome suggestions to improve our business, and have an organisational structure that allows changes to happen quickly.
We take care of our clients and go above and beyond what’s expected. Instead of sticking with average, we take our service up a notch.
Our colleagues share their knowledge and skills to build teams that promote strong and thriving communities.
I am thoroughly enjoying working for such a welcoming and supportive company..

Our employees have spoken, and confirmed that Mantle Space is a truly Great Place To Work – and we now have the certification to prove it.
We're very proud of the results from our employment engagement survey, with 100% of our employees agreeing that Mantle is a 'friendly place to work', and that 'when you join the company you are made to feel welcome'.
You’ll take part in a 12-week induction programme and benefit from internal and external training, with regular catch-ups.
Benefit from a healthcare plan, discounted gym membership and a cycle to work scheme.
We hold annual salary reviews, provide an Aviva pension scheme and we look to promote existing employees first where possible. We also work hard to support our local communities with centres regularly hosting charity events and fundraisers.
Enjoy a generous holiday allowance, with extra time over Christmas and the New Year. Receive cashback on shopping, insurance and holidays. Join in our regular social events in the Summer and at Christmas.
Thank you to everyone who takes the time to apply for our positions. Applications are generally very strong and therefore we cannot reply to all applications personally. If you are successful, we will contact you as soon as possible; if you do not hear from us, please assume you have not been successful this time - but please keep checking in for new roles and good luck in your job search.
We’re looking for a Receptionist to work with our team at 9 Hills Road, Cambridge. This is a rare opportunity to join the fun, friendly and growing team at Mantle Space, in our Cambridge city centre location.
The role is an action-packed mixture of front of house, call answering, post handling, customer service, meeting room management, event hosting and more - so you’ll need to be great at multi-tasking.
You’ll be enthusiastic, a great communicator, brilliant at front of house, and able to think on your feet. You don’t need to have worked in a flexible workspace before (although it helps!) – but we need to be able to see that you have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be happy picking up the phone and speaking to both existing and potential new clients.
We (and our clients) like things done well, so you will have an eye for detail and you won’t want to leave a job half done. We like to think we go above and beyond for our clients, so you’ll always be looking for a chance to impress.
As a company, we care about our employees and we make sure we look after their development and wellbeing. We’ll make sure you receive plenty of useful and engaging training; we want you to develop and grow with the company, building on your experience and expertise so that you can progress with us.
Our holiday allowance is great, at 33 days (25 days plus 8 Bank Holidays), as well as a company shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
We provide a cash healthcare plan for all employees (so you don’t need to worry about the costs of looking after your health) along with over-the-phone GP appointments, a counselling/finance/legal advice line, and a shopping cashback scheme that can save you hundreds of pounds a year.
You’ll be invited to full-company socials twice a year – they’re good fun and a great chance to catch up with the rest of the team.
If you think this is the job for you and you’re ready to join the team, get in touch – we’d love to meet you.
