We are seeking a highly driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team in a specialist outbound role. This position sits at the heart of our sales engine and is focused exclusively on pipeline generation and tour booking across our centre portfolio.
This is not a generalist or closing role. You will own the process from prospect identification through to confirmed tour booking, supplying Centre Managers with a consistent flow of qualified, tour-ready prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Deliver structured outbound campaigns using data-led targeting
Identify prospective occupiers aligned with ideal customer profiles
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Outreach & Engagement
Conduct high-volume, targeted cold calling
Run personalised email and CRM-based outreach sequences
Engage prospects through LinkedIn and other relevant channels
Secure and qualify site tour commitments
Data-Driven Targeting
Use tools such as Beauhurst and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Continuously refine prospect lists based on performance data
Prioritise sectors and organisations with the highest conversion potential
Broker & Agent Listings
Manage and optimise broker and agent listing platforms
Ensure accurate, competitive and high-visibility listings
Networking
Participate in targeted networking to generate new leads
Build relationships that convert into qualified pipeline opportunities
What Success Looks Like
Consistently full calendars of qualified site tours
Strong, repeatable outbound processes that deliver predictable results
Clear contribution to occupancy growth through pipeline creation
About You
1–3 years’ experience in outbound sales, business development or lead generation
Proven success in high-volume prospecting environments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, resilient and process-driven
Comfortable working to activity-based and outcome-based targets
Commercial awareness without the need to close deals
Experience in B2B sales, property, flexible workspace or related sectors is advantageous but not essential.
