Job Description
The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day finances of our Business Centres.
Duties and Responsibilities
Sales Ledger
Invoices are raised by the business centre managers, but there will be some ad hoc invoices as required across multiple sites on a timely basis, including recharges to other group companies
Working with the centre teams to resolve contract and invoice queries
Carrying out post month invoice checks to ensure accuracy & completeness
Credit control ensuring prompt collection of all invoices
Debtor reporting to Finance Director
Ensuring that move-out of tenants have been carried out correctly, and processing pledge refunds
Ad hoc query resolution
Setting up Direct Debits
Purchase Ledger
Processing incoming supplier invoices
Resolving queries on supplier invoices, and carrying out statement reconciliations
Processing Rates invoices & refunds
Ensure effective cost management including identification of opportunities to minimise expenditure
Bank and Control Accounts
Reconciling monthly bank statements
Reconciling Sum Up accounts
Reconciling Stripe accounts & processing charges
Reconciling café receipts
Processing weekly payment runs
Other Responsibilities
Processing employee expense claims and company credit cards
Cafe sales reporting and processing of sales
Coffee Shop tab processing – sending to Centre manager & clearing down from the till
Management of Thremhall Park till display
Intercompany recharges through Kube
General
To always maintain a professional relationship with colleagues and clients and ensure confidentiality and security of the client’s and company business information

We're looking for the perfect person who would like to join our fantastic café team ASAP, at The Coffee Shop, Thremhall Park.
It's a Saturday role, 9.00am - 2pm.
We would be looking for someone who is confident running the Saturday service, these duties would include opening the café, setting up for the day, cooking, serving and closing up.

We’re looking for a receptionist to work with our team at Nine Hills Road, Cambridge This is a rare opportunity to join the fun, friendly and growing team at Mantle Space, in a fabulous location.
The role is an action-packed mixture of front of house, call answering, post handling, customer service, meeting room management, event hosting and more - so you’ll need to be great at multi-tasking.You’ll be enthusiastic, a great communicator, brilliant at front of house, and able to think on your feet. You don’t need to have worked in a business centre before (although it helps!) – but
we need to be able to see that you have excellent customer service skills. You’ll be happy picking up the phone and speaking to both existing and potential new clients.
We (and our clients) like things done well, so you will have an eye for detail, and you won’t want to leave a job half done. We like to think we go above and beyond for our clients, so you’ll always be looking for a chance to impress.
