We offer Serviced Offices, Virtual Offices, and Flexible space which includes co-working and meeting rooms. We also offer networking events under the brand ‘Go Meet’. We are also known by our brand name “Mantle” and our building names, Thremhall Park, Nine Hills Road, Elizabeth House, The Officers' Mess, Kings Court, The Lambourn and The Bradfield Centre. TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT
Signing up to our services
If you want to sign up to one of our services, we will collect your personal information. We will use this to sign you up, administer your account and provide the service to you. We will also use this to send you communications that may be of interest to you and seek your views or comments on the services we provide. You are able to unsubscribe to mailings at any time if they are no longer of interest to you. We may also contact you to notify you of any changes to our services.
Enquiries and Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for enquiries, we collect personal information via an enquiry form. We use that information for the following reasons: to provide you with the information you asked for; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We will also give you the option to choose which marketing communications you wish to receive. We may contact you by email and phone within two years of your initial enquiry, in order to discuss both your short and medium term requirements.
We do not disclose or sell our lists to anyone else. We use an online third-party provider to deliver our marketing communications. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our marketing. You may change the way you receive our communications at any time by unsubscribing using the link at the bottom of our emails, or contacting privacy@mantle.co.uk.
Social Media
We use a third-party provider to manage our social media platforms. They will therefore have access to any data you provide via social media. We may from time to time post special offers or competitions using social media platforms. If you choose to enter your details on an enquiry form or enter a competition your information will be used for the following reasons; to provide you with the information you asked for; to enter you into a competition; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information. We will also give you the option to choose which marketing communications you wish to receive. We may contact you by email and phone. You will only be contacted for the reason you submitted your information, unless you opt in to receiving marketing communications.
Events
We use a third-party provider to administer any events under the brand name “Go Meet”. When you click to buy a ticket for one of our networking events you will be directed to an online third party provider to complete your booking. Our preferred third-party ticketing platform is PCI Compliant: they comply with PCI-DSS 3.2.1 Level 1 as both a Merchant and a Service Provider. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details outside of the group attending the event.
Wi-Fi
When you use our Wi-Fi in our buildings, we will collect the device name you use to connect. This information is not stored and only used for connection.
Website and Cookies
The Website uses cookies to track a user's recent activity, last visit and general site movements. These contain no personally identifiable information. We use third party services to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
CCTV
Our buildings are monitored by 24 hour CCTV, which collects images and ANPR data. The CCTV is in place for maintaining the security of our property and premises, for preventing and investigating crime, and to assist in investigations. CCTV recordings are viewable only by authorised staff and will be passed to no other third party than the Police.
Security precautions in place to protect your information
Our IT systems are protected by firewalls and anti-virus software. We complete an offsite backup to UK based private servers to an encrypted vault.
Surveys
From time to time we might ask if you would be willing to participate in our surveys and the surveys of our partners. If you agree, we will also collect any information that you provide as part of that survey.
WHO WILL IT BE SHARED WITH AND WHERE WILL IT BE STORED?
Your information will be shared with some third-party processors who we use for storage and business management. These include CRM systems and cloud storage systems. We may permit selected third party providers whom we work with to use your information if required to improve your service. At The Bradfield Centre we are obliged to share specific survey data with governmental bodies. We do ensure that any third parties we use for this reason are GDPR compliant.
Mantle Space Ltd may also share your information with other companies if there is a need to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.
Our retention periods vary dependent on the service you are using. However, you will always have the Right to Erasure by contacting privacy@mantle.co.uk
