A suitable building for us will be located in the South East, East of England or the Oxford-Cambridge Arc. It will be a minimum of 15,000 sq ft, and ideally will be a space that lends itself to subdivision into smaller offices. It may not always be an obvious ‘office’ building – retail or town centre locations are often interesting – but it will be well located for transport links or have plenty of space for parking.
