One of the most rewarding ways to embrace the new season is by spending time outdoors—whether that’s a gentle stroll through the park, a sunny picnic, or simply relaxing in a garden surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery. Nature is awakening, and it’s the perfect invitation to reset, recharge, and reconnect.
At Mantle Space, we’re especially excited about the honey harvest we’re anticipating from our very own beehive at Thremhall Park, Stansted. In partnership with “Plan B,” we’ve welcomed a small colony of honeybees, now busy collecting pollen as the flowers begin to bloom. With over 20,000 species of bees in the world, the honeybee is one of the most iconic—and ours are already thriving! We’ve had a supervised peek inside the hive, and things are looking promising for a sweet harvest later this year, hopefully ready to be jarred and sold at our Thremhall Coffee Shop.
It’s a lovely reminder of how deeply connected we are to nature and how even the smallest creatures play a big role in sustainability.
Looking ahead, we invite you to enjoy the beautiful outdoor spaces at our locations. Whether it’s a catch-up over coffee at Thremhall Park or The Officers’ Mess in Duxford, or hosting a Spring or Summer gathering on the Roof Terrace at 95 Regent Street, Cambridge—there’s something for everyone.
