At Mantle, we believe a successful business should not only support its clients but also care for the planet. That’s why sustainability is a core part of our approach to delivering modern, flexible workspaces across the UK.
From environmentally conscious building management to community engagement, we’re proud to be leading the way in creating smarter, greener places to work.
Greener Choices in Every Corner
Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in the way we design, manage, and operate our workspaces. Across our serviced office space locations, we’ve introduced initiatives that reduce environmental impact, including:
Energy-efficient lighting systems to cut power consumption.
EV charging stations to support electric vehicle users.
Recycling programs at all locations — covering glass, plastics, cardboard and food waste.
Where possible, we choose products with high recycled content and work with suppliers who share our environmental values.
And many of our furniture pieces are reused or reupholstered, giving them a second life across our workspaces.
Smart Buildings for a Sustainable Future
The buildings which we operate are supported by advanced building management systems that optimise heating and cooling. This helps reduce energy use while maintaining a comfortable, productive environment for our members and our employees.
Sustainability is about more than the environment — it’s about creating positive impact for people too. That’s why we actively support our members, employees, and local communities. We’ve been voted Great Place to Work for Wellbeing and for Women, and more recently Great Place to Work Construction and Property. These awards are voted for by our employees and they are not just another tick box!
Locally, we support a variety of fantastic charities, including Teenage Cancer Trust, Tom’s Trust, Sobel House Hospice, and The Great Dunmow Round Table demonstrating our commitment to the areas in which we operate.
