IQGeo joined CB1 Business Centre in January 2019. They are a small company that writes geospatial software for the telecommunications and utilities industries. Here, CMO Steve Tongish tells us why they chose to base their business at CB1.
When we decided to base our offices at CB1, we were looking for a serviced office that had its own reception, that would handle day to day things like post and incoming calls.
We have a nice office environment that we could adapt for our requirements. CB1 has good general office services - meeting rooms, kitchens, etc. The assistance that we receive from (Centre Manager) Mell and her team is very responsive.
CB1 Business Centre is conveniently located for commuting with public transport. Other perks include the tenant benefit programme, and regular social activities.
The thing that attracted us to Mantle was the clear and straight forward contract, without a lot of add-ons that you see with some competitors.
Other services that we use to help our business grow are the virtual office services - our multiple companies are registered at CB1.
