Mantle is pleased to announce that Jack Baker joins as Associate Director. Jack will be responsible for new investment acquisitions, flexible serviced management contracts and asset managing the existing portfolio. Jack joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where he was a Senior Surveyor in the National Office Capital Markets Team.

With five years’ investment experience in Mantle’s specific target sector and geography, Jack is ideally placed to assist with the asset management and expansion of Mantle’s growing flexible office portfolio and in particular drive our ESG acquisitions strategy forward.”
Jack Added: “This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the Mantle team. A number of Mantle’s core strategies are directly aligned with key emerging trends in the office sector. This particularly applies to meeting the increasing demand for flexible, high-quality space for occupiers via the Mantle Space serviced office brand. Further to this, the sustainability-focused repositioning strategy will deliver a new supply of space with strong ESG-credentials, an increasingly critical factor in occupier decision making. I am very much looking forward to utilising my experience in the sector to aid the team in driving these initiatives forward”.
