With her passion for sales and customer service, she has quickly climbed through the ranks from being a Receptionist at CB1, Cambridge to now leading the team at 95 Regent Street, Cambridge.
At just 18 years old, Georgia joined the firm in 2018 and has been an integral part of the Mantle Space team ever since.
Georgia worked in one of our first centres in Cambridge CB1 on Station Road. When the offices closed in 2020, Georgia moved across to the current building; 9 Hills Road, Cambridge. The membership grew over the next three years, and the centre was pretty much full. Georgia likes to support businesses with their growth, but felt saddened that she had no space to offer budding entrepreneurs. The wait list grew and grew, but there were just not enough offices becoming vacant to offer.
Upon acquiring 95 Regent Street, Cambridge and a Centre Manager role up for grabs, Georgia felt this was an opportunity too good to miss. Georgia secured the role as Centre Manager and began her new role by assisting the Senior team in their plans to conduct a soft refurb and open for business in just 10 weeks as well as being an integral part of the launch event on October 3rd 2023.
What sets Georgia apart is her drive to empower not just herself, but also those around her. She thrives in a company culture that promotes growth and support, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand to her colleagues. This has made her an invaluable member of the team at Mantle Space.
Her motivation comes from the success of both her and others. She finds great satisfaction in seeing members take their first office space and then grow into larger offices as their business flourishes. Georgia truly embodies the spirit of teamwork and is a shining example of the positive impact that the team Mantle can have.
She continues to work closely with 9 Hills Road, Cambridge team and loves the support she receives from both the senior team at Head Office and her fellow Centre Managers across the Mantle Space group.
