Opening a business centre during a pandemic

For Centre Manager Amanda Winfield and her team, opening a business centre during a pandemic had its challenges. However, they are adapting to the situation. The centre is designed with flexibility in mind, enabling companies to expand and contract as the need for office space adapts over time. There is the capability to create bespoke solutions for companies, whatever their size.

Amanda would normally be spending time with her tenants, running business networking and other social events, focussing on building a positive community experience. However, her priority now is the health and safety of tenants and staff alike, and creating an environment that inspires trust and confidence.

Amanda says “We have taken steps to ensure working environments meet the latest hygiene and social distancing guidelines, so you can focus on your work, with less worry. We can also offer the flexibility you need to run your business your way. We can help you create more flexibility around your team and where they work. People do want to get back into the office and be somewhere that can separate home and personal life. Whilst we will be facing some challenges in the short term, our long-term future is bright”.

Mantle Business Centres has introduced a new Home-Flexi option where you can combine working from home with using business centre facilities to create some separation between your work and home life.
