Stanford Eatwell Technical Ltd is an Architectural Technologist Practice working in tandem with Stanford Eatwell Architecture Ltd.
The two companies collectively provide full architectural services including feasibility designs, planning schemes and detailed designs for both housing and mixed-use scheme Developers predominately in and around the London area. They moved to Thremhall Park in May 2013.
The main reason we decided to move from our previous offices was that following a contraction in our business, we had a lot of surplus space so as a company we decided to downsize. We found the serviced office arrangement to be very attractive and perfectly suited to our needs as a business.
Our previous offices were based in the centre of Bishop’s Stortford Town Centre, and we were there for 3½ years. Before that, we were based in a large converted country house in Stansted Mountfitchet which was owned by the Company Director who, after 37 years, decided to sell the property and move the company into the rental market sector in the nearest town.
We were attracted to Thremhall Park for various reasons. The services offered provide us with all of the facilities required for a modern business, within a beautiful landscaped setting, all within easy access of the major communications hubs, and the office space arrangement allows the company to expand in a flexible manner.
We currently occupy three offices. When we first moved to Mantle, we rented two and being able to add another office has helped us grow as our company’s workload has increased.
The other facility that we benefit from a lot is being able to rent meetings rooms easily and efficiently to meet with clients. In addition, we find both the reception and postal system to be very efficient.
We have also recently used the Tenant Benefit Programme run by Mantle which directed us to a local Printing Company to produce leaflets for distribution to potential clients to help promote our Company.
