Thremhall Park entering into a new phase

After 11 years of success, Thremhall Park Business Centre near junction 8 of the M11 has been granted planning consent to expand by 80%.

Mantle Business Centres will start construction of phase I of II in Autumn 2018 to create two office buildings to the west of the site, with a new 80 space car park.

The scheme has been sympathetically designed to sit comfortably with the historic buildings and walled garden whilst offering modern, totally flexible, fully furnished office and meeting accommodation with superfast connectivity as well as more traditional modern office space for larger companies.
