Locally, we are proud to act as MEP and Sustainability consultants for the Cambridge Investment Partnership, an inspiring scheme that aims to deliver 775 Passivhaus dwellings across nine sites in Cambridgeshire. On an industry level, we contribute to shaping the future of sustainable design as Silver Sponsors and Technical Steering Group Chairs for the Net Zero Carbon UK Building Standards. This dual approach ensures we create value for our clients while advancing best practices across the built environment.

Alongside helping clients excel in their sustainability ambitions and contributing to industry standards, we value the importance of innovation. With a team of creative and forward-thinking engineers, we developed Phabric, a bespoke software web app designed to support the delivery of PHPP-based projects. This tool streamlines workflows, enhances accuracy, and ensures efficiency in achieving Passivhaus standards. Phabric has been recognised for its impact, being shortlisted for Innovation Projects of the Year – Project Delivery.
